After graduation from Abilene Christian College in 1965, Marshall served six (6) years as a Pilot in the USAF. In 1972 he began his Houston real estate career, and in 1981, he founded MSC Properties, Inc. a Houston based commercial real estate company which he owned and operated until he joined Colliers in 2008.
Marshall has extensive experience in retail site selection working with clients including Burger King, Golden Corral, Firestone, HEB Grocery Stores, Family Dollar Stores, Texas Citizens Bank, Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, and Fidelity Investments.
In addition, he provided asset management services for Security Benefit Life Insurance Company with services including management, leasing, redevelopment, and, ultimately, brokerage of his client’s assets.
His expertise includes office tenant representation, land acquisitions and development. Key office clients have included Litton Loan Servicing, L.P., IMG Financial Group, Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Beyond Finance, and Cornerstone Home Lending Inc., where he has responsibility for many of Cornerstone’s branch offices locally and nationally.
Marshall also represents investors acquiring land for development and income producing properties. A current project involves development of just over 126 acres of retail land at Beltway 8 and Fairmont Parkway, recognized as one of Southeast Harris County’s most dynamic retail areas. Among his development projects, he has completed a medical office building, a Class A office building, and a retail center for clients.

Bringing 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Haley started with Colliers as an intern for the Marketing and Research Department in 2019. She has since transitioned to the Client Services Coordinator role for the Retail and Hospitality Team. The Retail and Hospitality Team specializes in tenant representation services for local and national brands, as well as the selling and leasing of retail properties in the Houston market. Haley works directly with advisors to develop solutions for retail, restaurant, and entertainment clients seeking commercial space and assists with the selling and leasing process from start to finish.
As Client Services Coordinator, Haley implements the team’s business development initiatives to maximize new opportunities and manages day-to-day operations. She develops and maintains a staged marketing program for listing assignments and prepares the team’s pitches, proposals, and listing agreements. Haley is also responsible for generating and maintaining leads, tracking deals and online property activity, coordinating tenant/buyer site tours, and providing contract/lease administration.
Haley earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry, and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.

- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
Crissy is passionate about innovation and productivity in the workplace; constantly seeking a better way and helping others succeed are a couple of her daily drivers.
Crissy develops and expands marketing and technology platforms for the Houston office and contributes to the Southwest region.
She started as the marketing specialist at the front desk of a boutique commercial real estate firm in 2007, with her first assignment of building their website. From there learning commercial real estate and bringing the best marketing practices to the CRE realm has been her focus.
In 2010 that boutique firm merged with Colliers' Houston office where Crissy was promoted to marketing director, now chief marketing officer, and has been responsible for the organization's marketing efforts. Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture. In January of 2020, she became a principal of the firm.
Some of Crissy's career highlights include being named Colliers U.S. Marketer of the Year, partaking in Fort Bend's Leadership Class program, being recognized as a local Top 40 Under 40, and taking home awards for Best Market Intelligence and Driving Business Efficiencies & Effectiveness.
