A partial list of developers and property owners represented by Mr. Snover include; Hines, Opus West Corporation, Westbrook Partners, The Carlyle Group, ZKS Real Estate Partners and Legacy Partners. Major tenants represented include AT&T Broadband, TCI Cablevision, Cray Research, Sun Diamond Growers, California & Hawaiian Sugar Company, Tri-Valley Growers and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. 

Mr. Snover's commercial real estate success has been a result of long term relationship building, strong ethics and a careful understanding of his client's needs and objectives. In depth market knowledge and experience enable Mr. Snover to advise his clients on market economics, competition, underlying political issues, future development, land use, traffic mitigation and demographics. These professional attributes allow Mr. Snover to successfully fulfill his fiduciary responsibility to consummate transactions which are in the best interests of his clients.

Born in Oakland, California in 1948. Presently resides in Brentwood, California.
