As the Team Leader of the Industrial Group, I employ my talents as a natural leader and communicator to connect with clients on a daily basis and provide my team with the most current, complete, and accurate information in the West Michigan commercial real estate market. I enjoy being actively involved in the community, and use this to further my knowledge and experience.

I began my work at Colliers International in 2004, working as an intern in the company’s research department. This time in my career has influenced my approach to business. I am proactive, and I have a research-based approach to understanding and serving the needs of all my clients. It is important to me to provide each client with the facts they need to make the most suitable, cost-efficient, and profitable decision in their real estate endeavors.

Over my time in the business, I have had the opportunity to work on many different projects in the industrial area, including ground-up construction, industrial investment, Buyer/Tenant representation, and Seller/Landlord representation. I place a high value on the needs of the client, and strive to establish long-term relationships that cross the aforementioned areas. Because of this, I have acted in more than 300 transactions, and represented more than $100M on behalf of clients.

Clients:

4247 Eastern - 4247 Eastern was on the market for just over one year when my hard work ethic paid off and I found the perfect Buyer. This was a huge transaction involving much dedication and communication. (439,039 SF $19,725,000.00)

5380 36th - I had the opportunity to represent DMR Transportation, who was searching for an existing facility for an extended period of time. Through perseverance, I was able to find the perfect fit for DMR Transportation, in Vierson’s building at 5380 36th Street.

5300 Patterson - My collaborative approach helped me and the office team as we represented 5300 Patterson Management LLC in the disposition of 400,411 square feet to Franklin Partners LLC at 5300 Patterson in 2013 for $9,000,000+.

5010 52nd - I had the opportunity to work with Franklin Partners LLC again and represent them in Selling their 160,000 square-foot building at 5010 52nd Street to Lacks Enterprises for upwards of 3 million dollars.

5300 Corporate Grove - I was given the opportunity to work with Precision Micro Turn LLC and list their 129,983 square-foot building. Through dedication and determination, I sold this property within 2 years at just below the asking price.

8471 Piedmont/1250 84th Street - The Grand Rapids Chair sought me to represent them in acquiring 140,000 square feet in Byron Center as they had outgrown their previous facility. This transaction brought millions in investment and hundreds of jobs to the community.

3900 S. Greenbrook - Rox-Stella Enterprises hired me to represent them in acquiring 65,320 square feet in Kentwood for almost $2 million.

630 S. Division - This building was originally owned by Tillman Investments and was designed for medical device manufacturing. The United States Postal Service was in need of the perfect space downtown. I worked diligently with CBRE to negotiate a deal between the Buyer and Seller and sold the building for more than $1 million.

Education:

I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance.
