Teaming with partners in Colliers National Self Storage Group and Colliers National Multifamily Advisory Group, my primary focus is helping clients with the acquisition or disposition of self storage facilities and multifamily properties. However, given my extensive valuation experience across most real estate classes (office, retail, industrial, special purpose, etc.), I have the expertise to market and sell these property types as well.
In 1992, I started my career working on the valuation side of the business completing real estate valuation and consulting services on properties throughout Northeast Ohio for Davis, Ferguson & Associates (a family owned commercial and industrial real estate valuation business started in 1981). I was owner and President of Davis, Ferguson & Associates from 2007-2017 before joining Colliers Capital Markets Group.
Overall, my unique background and in-depth analytic skills have served me well within the industry enabling me to accurately measure how assets are viewed by today’s investment market.

As a Marketing Specialist with the Cleveland office of Colliers International, I use my high-level skill and expertise in Adobe software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to support the Capital Markets team that specializes in advising buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily and Self Storage properties.
Prior to joining Colliers International in May 2015, I began my career in the industrial roofing industry where I served as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for nineteen years supporting a National Sales director and 60 sales representatives across the country. I appreciate that my beneficial experience has enabled me to collaborate with incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, top-notch experts in their field, and has taught me the importance of taking initiative, pulling together as a team to achieve goals, and providing the best service and most effective solutions possible to satisfy our clients.
