Professional Summary

As an associate vice president with Colliers International, I specialize in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily investment properties across metropolitan Phoenix, in partnership with Chris Roach, associate vice president. With a focus on Class B and C stabilized and underperforming multifamily assets, our team represents both buyers and sellers. We work with a range of equity groups, primarily private equity and individual investors.

Combining our local market knowledge with Colliers’ extensive national platform and resources, our team offers superior services to capitalize on opportunities for our clients. We are focused on building and growing long-term client relationships that last beyond a single transaction.

My expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, property rehab, bulk condos, 1031 exchanges, valuation, market research, negotiations, financial modeling and due diligence. As a strategic investment advisor, I aggressively represent my clients’ interests and develop marketing tactics that align with their investment objectives. I provide clients with key data critical to debt/equity placement and sound real estate investment decisions.

Analytically driven, I maintain a pulse on the market through a macro and micro level and individual property activity. Through a methodical and detail-oriented approach, coupled with creative problem-solving, I am able to understand and advance my clients’ interests.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a vice president specializing in multifamily investment sales with ORION Investment Real Estate in Phoenix for three years. Previously, I worked in equity research at D.A. Davidson and MKM Partners, middle-market investment banks, where I focused on specialized investment research tailored to top-tier institutional clients. I worked with a number of large and mid-cap companies within the paper, packaging, homebuilding and building materials sectors.

My wife and I currently reside in Scottsdale. I am very involved with my church and actively support a number of nonprofit organizations. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, photography and fishing.
