Professional Summary

I joined Colliers International in 2012 as a Marketing Coordinator for the Retail Tenant Representation Team in Tampa Bay to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns based on each project’s unique set of requirements. I served as the Marketing Coordinator Team Lead for the Tampa Bay office from 2012 through 2015, as well as the meeting and event planner for the Colliers International Florida  Retail Group statewide for all retail conferences, ICSC and Retail Live! events. In late 2016 I transitioned into a brokerage role and am now an Associate in the Retail Services group.

I specialize in Retail Tenant Representation, as well as Retail Leasing. I am an expert in market analysis, tenant prospecting, strategic planning, site selection, LOI negotiations, lease structuring and negotiations, brand roll-outs, preparing Real Estate Committee packages and High Quality Trade Area studies for national clients. Some of my clients include: The TJX Companies, Lowe's Home Improvement, Second and Charles, Willie Jewell's Old School BBQ, DECA Dental, Core Life Eatery,  Pearle Vision, Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Jollibee, Action Gator Tire, Fabio Viviani Hospitality Group, Teriyaki Madness and more. I also serve as master broker for  PAINT Nail Bar, where I am helping them with market strategy and site selection nationwide.

On the Retail Leasing side, I am working on the Water Street Tampa and Sparkman Wharf project, which is a 50 acre, $3B project in Downtown Tampa.  Upon completion of Phase I and II,  Water Street Tampa will add 9M SF to Tampa's downtown, and 1M SF of retail/entertainment.  I have also recently began working on a high profile restaurant lisitng in St. Pete's  Westside district, 6001 Central Avenue.

I have over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. I discovered my passion for Real Estate while working for Grubb and Ellis in NYC in the Office Services division. I quickly learned that while I enjoyed office brokerage, retail is my true calling.

In 2018 I became the head of the Retail Next Generation Committee for Colliers International nationwide. In 2017 I was awarded a Women's Diversity Scholarship and earned Top Producing Team along with my business partners Jim Kovacs and Tyler Peterson. I have also been the recipient of the Colliers International Above and Beyond Award for excellence in 2012 and 2013, as well as the Community Service Award for 2014 and 2015.

Challenges Ahead, Opportunities Will Arise
The first quarter of 2020 will forever be marked as one of the most dynamic quarters in history for the retail market in greater Tampa Bay. As the 2020 year began, activity throughout (sales, leasing, construction) remained brisk, with submarkets like South Tampa, Saint Petersburg and Wesley Chapel having experienced increased demand and activity. The food and beverage segment of retail was the driving force behind much of the activity. Interest rates were at near all-time lows, providing cost-effective financing that helped to bolster and carry on the 10-year record growth experienced throughout Tampa. Unemployment in the region, the lowest in recent history and well below the national average, was championed by many in the local market.
