Senior Client Services Coordinator
I work with brokers in the Miami office to create high-quality marketing pieces, proposals and presentations for properties throughout South Florida. I am responsible for the day-to-day production of property marketing, flyers, advertising, market research and lease transaction coordination. Additionally, I specialize in layout design and creating detailed maps and graphics using software such as Indesign and Illustrator.
I began my career as a copy editor and front page designer at Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers and worked there for more than nine years.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was the communications specialist at United HomeCare, a nonprofit organization that provides services to seniors to help them remain at home. Along with office communications, I provided graphic design services for the nonprofit. My previous background also includes a position as marketing coordinator at Transwestern, providing services to more than 10 brokers in their Miami office. Prior to this role, I served as a proposal coordinator for The GEO Group in Boca Raton, a leading provider of correctional, detention and community reentry services.
Being active in the community in which we live is important to me, which is why I chose to partner with the Women’s Fund Young Professionals Group in Miami. I provide graphic design and social media services for the organization, which helps raise money for charities that focus on helping women and girls in Miami-Dade County.

Executive Managing Director, Investment Servs
In 2016, I joined the South Florida offices of Colliers International, launching the firm’s Urban Core division.
As co-leader of this group, our team focuses on investment sales of all product types in urban core South Florida neighborhoods.
I am a dynamic and dependable commercial real estate broker with over 15 years of commercial experience, I have demonstrated success pioneering new, emerging brokerage practices in complex, non-traditional niches - including condominium conversions in the early 2000’s and urban land in the early 2010s.
I have a proven track record for successfully executing capital market transactions, having been involved in over $8 billion of assignments including some of the largest and most complex transactions in South Florida. My recent focus on urban land assignments has resulted in $1 billion of transactions over the past since 2012.
Prior to Colliers, I co-led the land and multifamily practice at CBRE South Florida. Additionally, I served as Chief Investment Officer for The Federated Companies, a national real estate investment group that developed and managed over 7,500 units of residential housing with an aggregate value of over $1.5 billion.

As a Director of Investment Services in the Miami office of Colliers International South Florida, I specialize in capital markets with a focus on multifamily, land deals and investment sales. Servicing core South Florida markets.
I have more than a decade of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Colliers, I was with the Douglas Elliman Commercial Division in South Florida. I have also spearheaded numerous multi-million dollar Multifamily and condominium conversion projects and completed investment sales across the State of Florida. Our team specializes in multifamily properties, covered land, off-market sales, and assemblages across core South Florida neighborhoods.
I have earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and currently serve as the Chapter President of the Miami Dade/Monroe District Board of Directors for the CCIM. The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute was established in 1954 to give commercial real estate practitioners a previously unrealized opportunity to further their business practices through focused education and networking opportunities. Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners - approximately 13,000 professionals - hold the respected CCIM designation across North America, and in more than 30 nations overseas.
I am passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering and being involved in professional organizations and a recent graduate of the Leadership Miami Program through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
As a Financial Analyst on our South Florida Capital Markets team, I am a key contributor on investment sales in various South Florida markets. I focus on performing financial analysis for prospective deals, assisting clients with the valuation of their properties and maximizing the opportunity of investments. I obtained my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License in 2013. Working mainly with international investors, buyers, and sellers, I have closed numerous commercial transactions in South Florida valued at more than $3 million.
I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, but have been living in the United States for 18 years. Being fluent in Spanish and English allows me to work seamlessly with international clients seeking to acquire or dispose investment properties in both domestic and foreign markets. I have strategic business allies in countries such as Colombia, China, Brazil, Italy, Canada, and United Arab Emirates that work with me in the real estate industry. I also established working relationships with important public and private lenders in South Florida such the First National Bank of South Miami, Columbus Capital Lending, Apollo Bank, and a portfolio of private investors, ultimately benefitting my clients.

In 2016, I facilitated a landmark charter school transaction with the sale of a five school portfolio, totaling 295,992 square feet across 40 acres in Florida.

As Director of Retail Services, I specialize in the representation of landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout South Florida. I have more than 20 years of experience leasing and selling properties. I have represented national and local tenants in lease transactions and I have a thorough understanding of critical lease points from the tenant and landlord perspectives.
I have assisted several buyers in the development process, from the planning and approvals through to the leasing and the property management. I have transacted leases and sales in several states along the East Coast and in various counties throughout South Florida and Central Florida.
I am a proud lifelong resident of Miami with a keen understanding of the local markets. I have a degree in economics from the University of Michigan.

As a Senior Associate on the expanding Capital Markets team in South Florida, I provide specialization in the southeast tri-county region of Florida's multi-family market.
Over my decade and a half career in commercial real estate, I have been involved with the sale and leasing of nearly a half a billion dollars in South Florida commercial real estate. My commercial real estate career was launched at Colliers International South Florida in 2006, where I was a Senior Commercial Associate in the Industrial Services Group until 2012. While there, my focus was on business development of transactional sales and leasing opportunities within the 3PL, Import/Export, and Warehouse and Distribution sectors of South Florida. More recently, as the Director of Commercial Sales for a large residential Real Estate firm in Miami, I specialized in the sale of Income Producing assets, primarily multi-family, hotel and retail investment properties until returning to the Colliers International family to focus on Multifamily properties and MF Development sites.
I bring a strong background of analytical/consultative sales to my brokerage clients, having 15 years of previous sales experience with Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly, AIMCO and Victaulic Company of America.

As Executive Director - Office Services, I currently handle leasing and sales of office buildings and land throughout Miami-Dade County as well as representing major tenants in the market place. Considered a veteran in the commercial real estate industry, my career spans more than four decades and has connected me with some of the brightest and best in South Florida, fueling my success. In the last five years, I have leased more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial space.
Prior to Colliers International, I was the Vice President of Flagler Real Estate Services for 19 years. I was also the owner and Chief Executive of Summa Properties, a commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and management firm. From 1983 to 1991, as the partner in charge of Tishman Speyer Properties’ Miami office, I was responsible for development of the Brickell Square project, Westside Corporate Center and the Federal Law Enforcement Building, and leasing and management of Airport Corporate Center, the SunTrust Building, One Brickell Square and Westland Executive Center.
In the years preceding my Tishman partnership, I managed the CB Richard Ellis Miami Office, supervising more than 30 brokers and support staff, and before that I served as general manager of the Grove Isle development.

I specialize in advising tenants and landlords on their real estate needs including leasing, financial analysis, and strategic planning. I personally commit to providing in-depth market knowledge to my clients, ensuring they are guided throughout each phase of the transaction.
Some of my recent dealmaking includes representation of Mercantil Commerce Bank in purchasing a 175,000 square foot Class A office building in Coral Gables that serves as their headquarters. I have represented Simply Healthcare to lease 85,000 square feet in the Airport West market to consolidate their South Florida operations.
I launched my commercial real estate career as Leasing Director at Flagler Real Estate Services, where I was responsible for leasing over 1.5 million square feet of Class A office buildings in the CBD districts for Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Coral Gables. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, I also pursued my passion of working with people, gaining extensive background in sales and management within the fitness industry.
