Professional Summary

Michael joined the Colliers International team in September of 2010.  Currently, Mr. Molina assist with the management of The Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) Center, a Class ‘A’ commercial high-rise office property.  Mr. Molina’s responsibilities in property management include communication with owners, maintenance personnel, tenants and vendors; coordinating tenant service request; accounts receivables and payables; and the daily operations of tenant services.

 

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the firm Michael was a Guest Service Agent for The Armed Forces Recreation Center resort in Waikiki. In this role, his main responsibilities were to answer any guest inquiries regarding the city, events and attractions.  His ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and be able to problem solve made the transition to an Assistant Property Manager a breeze.

 

In his spare time, Michael enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, jogging and going to the beach.
