Professional Summary

As a vice president with Colliers International’s Technology Solutions Group, I collaborate with clients and brokerage professionals across the country to identify, create and deliver mission critical infrastructure and data center solutions with requirements, not only within the southwest but other markets across the U.S.

My focus is on servicing occupiers, owners and investors who have an interest in or need for IT-based real estate. I provide creative, simplified solutions and assists clients in making mission critical infrastructure and data centers a valuable piece of their real estate portfolios.

My approach to clients and owners is simple—to create win/win solutions that foster long-term strategic partnerships. My core values of integrity, transparency and executive have earned high praise from clients.

Service offerings include site selection, service provider contract negotiations, lease review and negotiations, cloud and managed services consulting, sale-leaseback solutions, and acquisition and disposition.

With two decades of commercial real estate experience, complemented with an investment banking background, I have serviced a broad range of real estate classes. My experience includes both end user representation on the IT real estate side, as well as having ownership/principal experience on the provider side, having built, managed and leased data centers to small on up to large enterprise clients.

Prior to rejoining Colliers in 2017, I served as vice president with DuPont Fabros Technology in Washington. D.C., leading their site selection and acquisition efforts across their North American portfolio.

Previously, I was an associate vice president of the Technology Solutions Group with Colliers International for two years, where I achieved membership in the Everest Club, as a top producer in the Greater Phoenix region.

In 2013, I founded Hemisphere Capital Advisors, LLC, a real estate advisory firm with expertise in asset management, sales, and strategic business development for office, industrial and data center properties.

My specialization across the IT, commercial real estate and finance platforms stems from my prior experience with Digital Realty, Equity Office Properties and JP Morgan investment bank.

  • Managed 2 million-square-foot portfolio of mission critical assets
  • Negotiated ~725,000 square feet of data center leases totaling ~85 megawatts
  • Executive founding member of the AZ data center incentive Bill program S.B. 2009, passed in 2013
