About

Professional Summary

I am President of LCK, a partner firm of Colliers International | South Carolina and a certified women-owned project management services organization. I am also an Executive Vice President and Principal of Colliers | South Carolina.

LCK enjoys a statewide presence in South Carolina, with offices in Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston. We offer project management solutions for institutions, corporations and private entities in the development of real estate. The company’s wealth of experience across multiple market segments brings value added services to every project.

In 1994, while leading South Carolina’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, I saw that there was a need and market for professional project management services and that through such a platform, we could improve the quality of construction projects and capital improvements that were initiated on behalf of our clients and others. I took the opportunity to start LCK and have seen great success since its creation.

I have been fortunate to assemble a great team of professionals, and together we leverage collective backgrounds in engineering, facilities management, construction and financial modeling to offer a comprehensive service.  My primary focus within the organization is business development, consulting, advisory services, and strategic planning.

Accomplishments

My current community and civic activities include serving as past Chair of the Board of Directors of Midlands Housing Alliance, Inc. (Transitions) and Secretary and Executive Committee Member of the YMCA Board of Directors. I am a member of the Midlands Business Leadership Group (MBLG) and have served in leadership roles of many other organizations and community projects throughout my career, including being a past member of the Board of Trustees of South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities.

I have been recognized by publications and organizations as a woman of influence in the business community, receiving the 2013 Influential Women in Business CEO Award by the Columbia Regional Business Report, the 2010 Corporate TWIN Award presented by the Palmetto Center for Women, the 2011 Girl Scouts of South Carolina-Mountains to Midlands Woman of Distinction Award and was included in Columbia Business Monthly’s 2011 “Women of Influence”. I have also served in senior leadership roles at the national level within the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), including Senior Vice President for Membership, IREM Foundation Board Member, IREM Faculty member and chair of numerous other committees within the organization.

An active member of Lexington Baptist Church, I teach adult Sunday School and have served on various committees in areas such as stewardship and global missions. I try to make a difference in someone’s life when I can and offer my resources to those who need them.
