Executive Managing Director
Michael Nissley leads the Manufactured Housing & RV Group as Executive Managing Director and National Director. He works closely with his team to oversee the execution of the team’s Manufactured Home, Recreational Vehicle Community and Land assignments. This includes strategic positioning of offerings, coordination of the financial and underwriting processes, and interaction with key decision makers within industry REITs, large institutional investment firms, family offices and owner operators.
The Colliers Manufactured Housing & RV Group focuses exclusively on Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts across the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. The group offers a diverse collection of relevant industry experience including community ownership and management, acquisitions, disposition, debt and equity finance, land development and assemblage, property marketing and market research. They have developed significant influence within the local, regional and national investment communities as trusted advisors for a wide range of clients. The team delivers superior results for our clients by leveraging extensive property marketing resources and real-time market knowledge and research. The group has been involved in more than $3 billion transactions and has consistently ranked among the top producers in the industry.
Nissley has been an integral part in the sale of more than $3 billion of commercial real estate assets, including the recent closing of a 24-property Canadian Manufactured Home portfolio that closed at over $200 million, that was the largest Canadian manufactured home, RV Resort and portfolio acquisition for a large Canadian pension fund. Before joining Colliers, he was the founder, top producer and director of the MHRV and Marina groups at CBRE for 10 years.

David is an associate with the Manufactured Housing & RV Group. He specializes in the contract review, marketing, due diligence and closing process for the clients of the teams Manufactured Housing, RV Communities and Land assignments.
Senior Client Services Coordinator
Ashley serves as the Senior Client Services Coordinator for the Manufactured Housing & RV Group, directly supporting our National Director and Executive Managing Director, Mike Nissley as well as working closely with our Valuation and Advisory team members across the country on the underwriting, marketing, due diligence and closing process for our Manufactured Housing, Recreational Vehicle Communities and Land Assignments.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ashley worked in brokerage services for a number of years with a commercial retail real estate firm in Dallas, Texas. There, she supported the Managing Director of Brokerage and many of the companies top producers in addition to working with Asset Management on a number of the companies joint venture properties.
Director, MHRV Capital Markets
Kari serves as the Director of Capital Markets in the Manufactured Housing Advisory Group. She specializes in assisting clients with the placement of debt and equity for Manufactured Housing and RV investment properties nationwide. With more than 12 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, her knowledge and understanding of the industry helps identify opportunities for her clients and identify the optimal capital structure that corresponds with their unique needs.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kari worked with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division for 10 years. While there, she gained extensive experience originating, underwriting, structuring and negotiating commercial debt for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial real estate. Additionally, Kari worked as an Asset Manager in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Owned Group (REO) and managed a portfolio of distressed assets throughout the nation and of all major property types. She then worked as a Development Manager, running the acquisition, entitlement, and construction efforts of multiple large in-fill developments with the JBG Smith REIT based in Washington, DC. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance and completed her Masters in Real Estate at University of North Carolina Charlotte in 2014.

Columbus - Valuation
Bruce Nell serves as the Executive Managing Director of Colliers International’s Columbus, Ohio office which provides valuation and advisory services throughout the Ohio Valley Region. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate, having completed assignments in all 50 states, Washington D.C. and Canada. Projects have ranged from CBD trophy high‐rise office buildings, Manhattan residential buildings, regional shopping malls, industrial facilities and numerous multifamily residential developments. He has facilitated client valuation needs in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, Portugal and New Zealand. He also serves as the National Practice Leader of the company’s Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) Valuation Group. Bruce has been nationally recognized for work with manufactured home communities and RV resorts. He has been a frequent speaker on MHC valuation for the Manufactured Housing Institute, as well as several state and regional associations.
Richard serves as the Associate Director of Capital Markets and associate broker in the Manufactured Housing & RV Group and is located in Denver, CO.
He specializes in the underwriting, marketing, due diligence and closing process for clients on investment properties nationwide. With more than 6 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, his knowledge and understanding of the industry equips him to identify opportunities that correspond with his clients’ unique needs as well as maximize value for his clients.
Bill serves as the Director of MH, RV and Land Services for the Manufactured Housing & RV Group. He works closely with the team and National Director to oversee the execution of the team's Manufactured Housing, Recreational Vehicle Communities and Land assignments. Bill specializes in operating and managing these communities, previously owning over 30 properties and currently owns 8 communities with a mix of park-owned units and lot rentals.
