In her role as Assistant Facility Manager, Mikia works with the property management team to ensure all common goals are met.

She is directly responsible for correspondence with clients and works with them to prepare monthly financial and property reports as well as the annual budgets. Furthermore, she coordinates with the property manager and maintenance staff to inspect the property, ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and complete all repairs. All her duties rely upon exceptional time management and organizational skills. She also assists with scheduling tenant functions, conference room scheduling and catering for Colliers meetings.
