Monty joined the Colliers International family in 2019. As Senior Vice President, Monty plays an integral role in leading Colliers' site selection and incentive negotiation services business line - guiding clients looking to invest in new expansions or relocation alternatives across the globe. Monty helps facilitate corporate location decisions based on labor, infrastructure, logistics, taxes, environmental considerations, and overall business climate to name a few.
During the span of his career, Monty has consulted on projects with an estimated capital investment of over USD $8 billion and new direct employment of over 3,000. He has had the privilege of executing projects in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia in an array of industries including operations in industrial manufacturing, distribution, and office. His clients include both domestic and international companies looking to invest within the United States and abroad.
In 2018, Monty was peer recommended and accepted into the leading industry group, the Site Selectors Guild. As a voice for the next generation of site selection professionals, Monty has spoken widely on site selection and strategic negotiation strategies at conferences hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives, Gulf Power, Mississippi Development Authority, Tennessee Valley Authority, Southern Economic Development Council, among others and has written for industry magazines such as Area Development and Trade & Development.

Anthony joined Colliers Site Selection Services in 2019 as Senior Vice President after serving two decades in location consulting, site selection and real estate development for national firms. Colliers Site Selection Services is a national platform focused on locating and implementing distribution centers and manufacturing plants for industrial companies across the US.
Anthony's team brings one-of-a-kind expertise to industrial site selection through: supply chain optimization, location analysis, labor evaluations, and operating cost analysis. The entire team is a trusted advisor throughout facility planning and implementation including real estate procurement, incentive negotiations, facility design and facility construction.
Anthony has worked on behalf of Fortune 500 and national brands as project lead, consultant, and developer. He spent the last ten years as an executive with an Atlanta-based site selection and design-builder with active construction projects in 38 states. As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Anthony led the businesses’ national marketing and business development strategy. In his tenure, Anthony developed a reputation as a national thought leader, writer and public speaker - completing over 50 speaking engagements in the last three years

John joined Colliers International when the firm acquired The Walker Companies in 2017, where he was a partner for over 25 years. John now leads Colliers Site Selection Services practice, specializing in manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce fulfillment facilities, with responsibility for planning, implementing and managing location consulting engagements including site selection analyses, operating cost studies and incentive negotiations.
He has led site selection and implementation projects for complex, high capital expenditure projects such as steel galvanizing and high capacity power transformer production, as well as traditional distribution and e-commenrce projects. Engagements have been completed for companies such as ArcelorMittal, Gruppo EFACEC, Columbia Sportswear, Aldi and Wolverine Worldwide.
John has 35 years experience in strategic planning and research, and was formerly Director of Economic Development Research at the Georgia Tech Research Institute before co-founding The Walker Companies in 1987. He has spoken widely on labor analytics, labor union threat assessment and site selection of industrial facilities to organizations such as the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), The Material Handling Institute (MODEX), The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), The Logistics Institute, The Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA), and the Association of American Geographers.

Raymond Walker joined Colliers International when the firm acquired The Walker Companies in 2017. Raymond’s vision to provide superior industrial real estate services was the genesis for the creation of The Walker Companies in 1987. Before forming The Walker Companies, Raymond worked 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Senior Vice President and head of their Regional Industrial Department.
He has been an innovative real estate practitioner for over 40 years, completing over 1.5 billion dollars of transactions for his clients. Raymond has provided location consulting, brokerage, facility development, and incentive negotiation services for major corporations across the United States, including companies such as Home Depot, AutoZone, Georgia Pacific, Continental Tire and Sara Lee. Under Raymond’s direction, The Walker Companies became a recognized leader in industrial location consulting and real estate services throughout the nation.
As National Director of Colliers Site Selection Services (CSSS), Raymond leads engagements to identify the optimal location for a client's distribution or manufacturing facility. The CSSS team also completes turn-key project implementation, representing client's in their site or facility acquisition, new build-to-suit construction and to secure of a wide range of economic incentives that reduce total capital investment and annual operating costs.
I joined Colliers International in 2019 as a GIS Analyst for the Site Selection Services practice. I bring experience from a diverse background in commercial real estate GIS applications as well as market and economic research. I specialize in developing mapping applications, data procurement, and providing detailed analysis to the Site Selection team and clients alike.
I have nearly 5 years of experience related to GIS in commercial real estate, and provide advanced customized solutions related to analytics, visualization, and location based technology to deepen and enhance geographic site selection analyses.

I lead the Supply Chain and Logistics Consulting team here at Colliers, which means I work to strategically support our clients in optimizing their networks as well as internal operations. My goal is to bridge the world of distribution with the world of real estate solutions, so that our clients can make informed decisions to maximize the utilization of their supply chain.
With over 20 years of global manufacturing and supply chain experience as both as a senior executive in the corporate world, as well as owning a supply chain consulting practice and a third party logistics business, I have real world experience that brings unique perspective to the Colliers team.
