As a Senior Associate in the Office Services Division of Colliers International, I specialize in helping businesses accomplish a strategic advantage in the commercial marketplace by listening to my clients needs, running detailed market analysis, lease assessments, and priding myself on having strong negotiation skills. I am also an active member in the Health Care Services Division, which has allows me to have provide a superior level of service and understanding to medical users. My experience in leasing, sales and acquisitions provides me with the ability to assist a variety of clients from start-up businesses, medium to large firms, and landowners. In my five years at Colliers International, I average over 60 transactions completed per year.
My career path over the last decade has been instrumental to my success and ability to service my clients. Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked as a residential real estate agent for one of the largest residential brokerage firms in the State. My background in financial planning, lending, and construction allows me to provide a wealth of valuable insight to even the most seasoned clientele. Listening and truly understanding my client’s goals is my business philosophy, and is an essential part of my success.
I grew up in Metro Detroit, Michigan and am a proud Michigan State University graduate. Hawaii has been my home since 2005. In my downtime, I enjoy most water activities including surfing, and am also a competitive outrigger canoe paddler. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, Kristin.
