Patty's responsibilities working directly with the Staff Accountants and Controller in maintaining all financial information for her assigned portfolio, including the deposit and recording of cash receipts, processing of accounts payable, preparation of the detailed schedules for the monthly financial statements and maintenance of all related accounting records, tenant ledgers, and sales tax returns for the assigned portfolio.
Patty works directly with the Staff Accountants and Controller to ensure that all daily operational, maintenance, administrative, financial accountabilities, client, tenant and community relations are managed according to Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central and Southwest Florida Property Management standards on the designated properties, and is our key Accounting Clerk for properties that utilize MRI.
Patty joined the Colliers team in December of 2006 as an Accounting Clerk. She has over 5 years experience in Property Management Accounting. Prior to joining Colliers she previously held a Full Charge Bookkeeper position at W. Oliver Tripp Company for over 11 years.
Patty was also the Recipient of the 2007 Job Well Done Award.
