Mr. Boyle joined Colliers International in 2015 as part of the Capital Markets group.  Mr. Boyle’s responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting and originating debt and equity opportunities across all asset types, preparing offering documents, and working with clients and capital sources to arrange permanent, construction, bridge, mezzanine and equity funding. Throughout his career, Mr. Boyle has closed over $2.0 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions across all asset types including office, multifamily, hotel, industrial, retail, mixed-use and condominium projects.

Colliers International’s Multi-Family Advisory Group recently announced the sale of the newly renovated 29-35 Temple Place in Boston’s highly amenitized, transit-friendly, and vibrant Downtown Crossing neighborhood. Following a $12 million acquisition in 2016, the seller, a joint venture between Torrington Properties and Mount Vernon Company, has since leased ground floor retail space to Democracy Brewing, a restaurant, brewery, and taproom that has greatly energized both the street and lower levels of the building.

Boston, July 17, 2017 - Colliers International's Boston Capital Markets group announced today that it has arranged a refinancing for 1960 Post Road, a parking asset and adjacent retail site at T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island. Colliers worked exclusively on behalf of the borrower, New England Parking LLC, to place the $31-million fixed-rate loan with Blue Hills Bank.
