I am a Valuation Services Director in the Northern California Region of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.
I have been involved in valuation, consulting assignments, and brokerage relating to various sectors of the Commercial Real Estate industry for over a decade. I have provided valuation and advisory services for estate planning, commercial lending, development feasibility, litigation support, tax appeal, and foreclosure support for a multitude of property types, proposed and existing, including: Corporate Campuses, Flex, Industrial, Office, Retail, Shopping Centers, Net Lease, Agricultural, Multifamly, and Land with an emphasis in the Western United States.
I joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in June 2009 and was previously a commercial real estate broker for a nationally recognized, master-planned community developer in Colorado.

Craig is a Senior Valuation Specialist in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s San Jose office in the Northern California Region and has been involved in real estate appraising since 2007. His professional experience in real estate appraisal encompasses a broad range of improved and vacant property types that include retail, industrial, office, multi-family, agricultural, rural residential, and mixed-use properties, both proposed construction and existing improvements. Craig also has experience in appraising agricultural land including orchards and vineyards, rural residential, commercial, and industrial land. This experience also includes partial interests such as easements and partial acquisitions. He has experience preparing appraisals for individuals, government agencies, financial institutions, and litigation support purposes. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI and AI-GRS designations, an Education Committee member of the Sacramento-Sierra Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California and the State of Nevada.
