Paul Dominique is an associate for Colliers International’s Houston Industrial and Land team. He specializes in Industrial Tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Houston market, representing clients in both lease and sales transactions. Paul began working with Jon Lindenberger in the Industrial and Land services group at Colliers International Houston in 2017. He began is real estate career in 2014 in Baton Rouge, LA working for a private regional firm and has extensive knowledge of both the Houston and South Louisiana markets. Paul has completed transactions spanning across an array of industries, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing and food/beverage. Paul has been involved in many different commercial real estate transaction and services throughout his career, including, sales, build-to-suits, investments, site selection, lease negotiation, lease restructure, and sale/leasebacks.

My Team
Kristina has over seven years of commercial real estate experience. Using her knowledge and experience, she has quickly excelled within our Industrial and Land Team.
Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support, and contract/lease administration. She is experienced in the use of advanced software programs for use in the marketing and collateral of industrial and land properties and has earned her “Commercial Property Marketing” and “Research” Certifications (CPMC, CPRC) through Colliers University.
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Jon specializes in the industrial and land sectors of the Houston MSA commercial real estate market. He has ten years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 300 transactions. These transactions include tenant and buyer representation, dispositions, design/construct, and build-to-suit evaluations. In addition to brokerage Jon has extensive knowledge of investment real estate and has advised clients with the acquisition and development of several land tracks and income producing assets. His track record of brokerage and advisement services enables Jon to provide unparalleled value to his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jon worked at a large local real estate firm and co-founded a boutique real estate firm. In 2015, he joined Colliers to advise his clients not only in the Houston local market, but also on a global basis if desired.
Jon is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a double major (Finance and Banking Institutions) while lettering three years with the baseball team. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2004.
Bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:
· lease renewal and relocation comparisons
· mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
· lease buyouts
· sublease disposition/recovery
· build-to-suit to own or to lease

Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
