As a senior executive vice president with Colliers International, I have been negotiating industrial real estate transactions in the Phoenix area since 1986. I specialize in the sale and lease of industrial facilities; land sales to users and developers; build-to-suit facilities for sale or lease; and the sale of single and multi-tenant industrial facilities (investment properties).
A native Arizonan, I have extensive local market knowledge. Having experienced many market fluctuations in my more than 30 years in the industry, I have a thorough understanding of current conditions and future trends. I recognize that timing is a key factor in real estate decision making and profitability.
I am committed to maintaining excellent relationships with both landlords and users. As a strong negotiator, I am focused on maximizing value for my clients and take pride in their success. Throughout my career, I have successfully negotiated more than 1,000 sale/lease transactions on behalf of my clients.

As a senior associate with Colliers International, I specialize in the sale and lease of single- and multi-tenant industrial properties; land sales to users and developers; and the sale and lease of build-to-suit facilities. I partner with Paul Sieczkowski, executive vice president. Our team focuses primarily on the Southeast Valley industrial market, representing landlords, investors and tenants.
Throughout the property marketing, negotiation and transaction process, I facilitate sales and leases that are beneficial to our clients. I am focused on helping clients achieve their commercial real estate objectives. Monitoring current market conditions, I keep our clients fully informed about trends that impact their real estate decisions.

Previously, I served as a research associate for Colliers for the Greater Phoenix market. In that role, I compiled market statistics for each property type, maintained sales and lease comp databases, monitored tenant activity, and conducted industry research using various in-house and on-line resources.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a corporate account executive at CDW, a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider. Responsibilities included prospecting new business, processing technology quotes and orders, and growing a book of business across the Southwest region.
