I am an account manager for integrated client services with Corporate Solutions, partnering with Jenn Thomas, account manager. I help clients make strategic decisions that have meaningful impact on their commercial real estate. By proactively analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities to demonstrate value, I have been able to generate significant savings within my clients’ real estate portfolios.
Areas of expertise include strategic planning, space utilization, transaction management and site selection. My mission is to empower clients to make better real estate decisions, enhance asset value, decrease occupancy costs, maximize profits and increase shareholder value.
I am a persistent, focused and diligent manager with aggressive negotiating skills, who looks out for the best interests of my clients. As a responsive and attentive communicator with a strong sense of urgency, I am intent on providing outstanding service for clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
I have more than 10 years of experience in corporate real estate. With expertise in office, retail, medical and industrial properties, I have worked with private and public companies with portfolios ranging from 40 to 500 locations across the U.S. My industry focus has included healthcare, engineering, technology, dental, tile and stone manufacturing, quality of life services, insurance and payroll
Prior to Colliers, I was a senior portfolio account manager for Mohr Partners, Inc., where I managed multiple accounts, driving the real estate process to provide optimal results. I collaborated with clients to incorporate their business goals into their corporate real estate strategies.
Previously, I was a portfolio account manager with Transwestern Commercial Services, managing corporate accounts with a focus on high volume, resulting in more than 70 transactions annually.. I managed the transaction process, including project initiation and strategy, market studies, tours, proposal and lease negotiations, legal review, project management assistance, and over/under client strategy assessments.

Jenn Thomas is an account manager with Integrated Client Services, Southwest Region. During her career, Jenn has represented tenants and users while specializing in corporate real estate portfolio account management, as well as transaction management, strategic lease re-negotiation and lease administration.
Over her past four years in corporate solutions, Jenn has closed more than 70 real estate transactions globally for numerous large corporate clients including fortune 500 firms. By proactively analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities to demonstrate value, Jenn has been able to generate significant savings within her client’s real estate portfolios.
Jenn has been involved in numerous projects that involve developing strategies to reduce and contain total occupancy costs, identifying and executing “blend and extend” opportunities within existing leases, corporate headquarters transactions, dispositions and acquisitions.
Jenn’s unique combination of client care, proactive approach and market knowledge make her an exciting addition to the Integrated Client Services team.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2011, Jenn spent four years as a portfolio account manager with Mohr Partners, Inc., where she played a key role in managing multiple corporate real estate portfolios.
