Professional Summary

Pete O’Neil is the research director for Colliers | Greater Phoenix. Pete leads all research activity for the region, including publishing quarterly statistical reports for each property discipline and other ad hoc reports, maintaining a database of economic indicators to provide forecasts, and analyzing and interpreting real estate trends.

Pete joined Colliers in 2010. He was previously with Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix, where he served in numerous capacities, including Senior Market Analyst and National Publications Manager. His responsibilities included: oversight of production of all national and local research reports, creating economic and commercial real estate reports, assisting in statistical modeling and forecasting of national and local economic and real estate trends, and developing weekly research briefs analyzing the impact of economic data on commercial real estate.
