Senior Brokerage Associate
As a Senior Brokerage Associate for Colliers International | South Carolina and member of the office brokerage team, I specialize in tenant advisory services. I have experience in lease/sale contracts, site selection, solicitation and analysis of proposals from landlords, integrated space planning, tenant improvement allowances and post-contract follow-up. I work closely with the research team to determine the best location and rental rates for my clients. I pride myself on locating space for many prominent firms in the Columbia market.
My priority is helping my clients further their business goals through their office location and find affordable and quality space. I offer strong financial analysis, attention to detail and the ability to put myself in my clients’ shoes to best understand their needs.
An accomplishment that I personally take pride in is that in less than five years, I have brokered dozens of transactions encompassing over 525,000 square feet of office space with a combined value of more than $33 million.
In 2019, I obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In 2017, I was presented with the inaugural Judith M. Davis Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way of the Midlands. The award recognizes a young leader demonstrating commitment to the community and a desire for professional development along with having completed 50 hours of community service in the past year, being on at least one nonprofit volunteer board and currently employed with a for-profit organization.
Being involved in my community is something that I feel very strongly about. I am dedicated to the success of children and strive to serve as a role model and mentor to the younger generations. I spend time volunteering as a tutor for children through the United Way’s Midlands Reading Consortium. I am also an active member with United Way’s Young Leaders Society and currently serve as co-chair of the Opportunity Committee.
In 2018, I was elected to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Trust of South Carolina. In 2014, I was appointed to the Board of Directors of Youth Corps, a leadership training experience for 30-40 outstanding ninth- and tenth-grade students in Richland and Lexington counties, including students from public schools, private schools and homeschools.
I also serve as a Class Agent and Alumni Volunteer for Woodberry Forest School. In 2016, I was elected to the school’s Advisory Council.
I graduated from Wofford College, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in Economics. I previously worked as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst in the credit risk department with a regional bank in Columbia, SC. My education and past banking experience in Columbia have helped develop my extensive market knowledge and enable me to provide the best service possible to my clients.
