Professional Summary
I joined Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul as a Project Manager in 2018, having worked in the Project Management Services field for several years prior, at several large and small firms. My experience that led me to Colliers MSP was focused on a healthcare specialization and complex systems expertise.
I come to Colliers with a diverse background in healthcare, corporate, higher education, and government project management experience. I excel at listening to stakeholders and ensuring successful outcomes. I work with clients to establish project goals and assure that they are successfully occupying their space, on time, on budget and as seamlessly as possible. Because I effectively use resources to maintain scope, budget, and schedules I have a long history and successful track record of establishing client relationships that return again and again, or who recommend new clients through word-of-mouth referrals.
As a project is conceived, I am continually working with clients to understand scope and transform their vision into a physical space. I supervise vendor procurement and coordinate all stakeholders including: design teams, construction services, furniture acquisition, technology installation and maintaining relationships with other owner suppliers.
My proactive approach to management ensures clear communication and an organized process. I pride myself on my ability to handle demanding projects and responsibilities because of my thoughtful and sensitive approach to complicated business issues and interpersonal challenges.
I have embraced my unique position within commerical real estate and construction industries to find ways to make change and provide opprotunities for people like myself and have spearheaded efforts to train and educate women and minorities to open doors for them in these industries. This led me to being selected as an Associate Board Member for the Association of Women Contractors (AWC). While serving on the board, AWC’s membership grew and was recognized as having a critical role in assisting aspiring women business owners to be successful in the construction and commerical real estate industries.

Before joining Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul as Senior Director of Project Management Services I started my career in in electrical design, specializing in design-build healthcare projects. From this point, I advanced into an owner’s representative role with a large healthcare system in Minneapolis.
With this experience and client roster under my belt, I started my own company, S2 Enterprises in 2011. At S2 myself and my small, but specialized team of project managers brought projects to completion, on time and on budget in the healthcare construction and medical equipment planning fields.
In May of 2018, I joined S2 with Colliers MSP to strengthen and grow the project management offerings, adding expertise in healthcare, data centers, high-tech and greenfield construction.
My professional success is a result of technical understanding of complex projects paired with proactively driving value to my clients bottom line. I have extensive experience managing all aspects of construction projects from team selection process to owner move-in. I provide my clients value through a deep understanding of contract administration & negotiations, budget establishment and management, equipment planning, coordination and logistics management.
I manage all aspects and team members involved in a project to provide clients with a cohesive project delivery every step of the way for every project big or small.

Katie Berggren
Tenant Rep Project Manager

As a Tenant Rep Project Manager, I am responsible for the full delivery of real estate projects on behalf of my clients. From project commencement to occupancy and beyond, I excel at leading and directing projects from inception to closeout in order to facilitate on-time, on-budget project execution.
I manage all aspects and team members involved to transform a leased space into a client’s next corporate office. This includes
project budgeting, scheduling, design management, construction oversight and coordination as well as relocation management. I also work to ensure communication and relationship management between all team members is seamless, to provide clients with cohesive project delivery. My strong organizational and communication skills to deliver success, commitment and teamwork to ensure client needs are met every step of the way.
As an active member of the Twin Cities real estate community and serving as a Tenant Rep Project Manager for nearly 10 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge to each real estate project. My past experience demonstrates that I have worked on a variety of projects across diferent industries, including commercial, financial, industrial, healthcare, higher education and more.
I am highly motivated and have a deep passion for real estate, this motivation led me to orginize a corporate philanthropy committee to rally around the Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together causes in order to organize a successful Build Day every summer. For the past fve years, my dedication has helped each Build Day raise over $10,000 and coordinate 100+ volunteers on the jobsite for a full day company event.
In addition, I have also served as a member of the MNCREW Women Run the Cities Board for several years.

construction oversight, and coordination and relocation management. Annie is a details person. She works to ensure that all
team members have what they need to successfully complete their part of the project and, ultimately, serve the client.
Annie has a background in Project Management, primarily in the digital world working with clients and internal teams to build a strategic solution to the client’s unique problems. In this previous role, she would create and maintain project timelines and budgets, manage and support the various players on the project team, and ensure a quality product was delivered that met and exceeded the client’s expectations.
