Accomplishments

Randy has been in the commercial real estate sector for almost 25 years and is currently working at Colliers as an Executive Vice President leading a team of 4. Throughout his career, Randy has concentrated his practice on Tenant and Landlord Representation for lease evaluation, renewal, and lease negotiations. He has completed transactions that included office space, building sales, land leasing, and several built to suit projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 500,000 square feet. In 2008, Randy was responsible for $1.25M in revenue for project management assignments.

Prior to joining Colliers, Randy worked for Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, and Farbman & Stein Real Estate Company. Randy has served as one of the lead strategists for the Tenant Advisory Group; a team of senior advisors within Grubb & Ellis, located in all of the major cities that represent multi-market corporate users of office space. Throughout his career Randy focused on creating long-term relationships with clients. Randy’s drive to help his clients has proven successful for him as he manages diverse transactions on behalf of clients, ranging from complicated lease renewals to site selection and negotiations for build-to-suit requirements. Randy executes with all sized projects, including a sampling of ongoing projects with Masco Corporation; totaling 30,000,000 square feet, ITC International, A123, TSC of Michigan, St. John Hospital, Oakland County Development, Kennametal, UBS, New York Life Insurance, Hewlett Packard, DTE Energy, Siemen’s Automotive, Giarmarco Mullins & Horton, Sprint, and MCI. Randy’s focus over the last several years has been to bring new businesses to the state of Michigan and has traveled to Europe, Korea, Dubai, Indonesia and China to procure and develop these relationships.
