Rebecca joined the Colliers International Houston office in 2012 and has since worked as a Client Service Coordinator, Property Manager, and Leasing Agent.
As a Client Services Coordinator Rebecca is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials and campaigns, listing agreements, pitches, proposals, site tour coordination, market research, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
Rebecca’s expertise includes budgeting, marketing, finance and transaction negotiation, tenant retention, and lease administration. She consistently creates measurable value for her clients.
Rebecca spent three years at Colliers International in Perth, Western Australia specializing in commercial asset management for both institutional and private owners. Institutional clients included AMP Capital, Investa Office Fund, VALAD and GE Real Estate. Rebecca’s focus was on rental collection, tenant retention, budgets, lease administration and oversight of capital improvement projects.
Rebecca has experience with multiple accounting programs such as MRI, Cougar, Yardi, Nexus and CBRE Pulse. Rebecca also has experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Hubspot.
Rebecca earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. Rob Johnson consults with his clients to determine their goals, with respect to both their core business and from a real estate perspective, to tailor a solution that respects both objectives. Rob has assisted local and multi-national organizations with requirements in Houston as well as across the nation. He creates leverage for his clients using market knowledge and experience in order to achieve the defined aims of the transaction. Rob's goal is to allow his clients to focus on their core business while he shoulders the burden of real estate matters that arise.
Rob is a third-generation Houstonian. He attended The Kinkaid School for ten years and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Rob is involved in a number of non-profit organizations including Easter Seals of Greater Houston, The Ronald McDonald House, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Heroes for Children.
Rob and his wife Erin have three children: Quint, Liv and Rhett.

Chris primarily focuses on occupier advisory services for office users and, as a result of his transactional volume, has developed a well-rounded understanding of all stages involved in facility evaluations, from preliminary site selection to financial analysis of lease terms. Jay Kyle is a Principal and Director of Colliers International in Houston, Texas. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry, from direct tenant representation to the negotiation of sophisticated investment opportunities on behalf of top tier portfolio managers. Jay’s skills include direct marketing, finance, investments and transaction negotiation and he consistently brings measurable value to his clients. Jay specializes in the areas of tenant representation of office, flex and light industrial transactions, successfully representing an extensive client base in lease transactions, build to suit, building acquisitions and dispositions.
Jay is consistently a top producer at Colliers and in 2009, earned his SIOR designation. The SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics. Only 2,800 commercial brokers worldwide have earned this designation and less than 1,000 are Office Specialists.

Taylor Wright, Vice President with Colliers International, is part of the Occupier Advisory team in the Houston office. Taylor specializes in working with users of commercial real estate to assist them in making smart occupancy decisions in line with their occupancy goals. Taylor successfully pairs data analytics, and financial modeling with proprietary market knowledge to deliver customized occupancy opportunities to each client, while saving them their most valuable resource, time.
Taylor is a native Houstonian. He attended Memorial High School and graduated from Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. Taylor, his wife Paige and daughter Tallulah “Lula” live in the Memorial area of Houston.

Meghan is a real estate advisor at Colliers International, solving real estate needs of companies both locally and nationally. Meghan’s main focus representing office and retail occupiers. She has worked for clients such as Microsoft/Azure, Schneider Electric, General Electric (GE), Crown Castle, among many others.
Recognized for her stellar communication and attention to detail, Meghan’s service centric approach consistently produces tangible results. Meghan works with Houston’s top advisors: Jay Kyle, Bob Parsley and Charles Fertitta, which affiliates Meghan with the most credentialed brokers in the country.
Meghan is a native Houstonian and cares deeply about the community. Meghan plays a significant role within the West Houston Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Women Driving Business Committee. She is also a Community Board Member of Rescue Houston, which fights against human trafficking and provides immediate rescue and stabilization to victims.

Aimee joined the Colliers International Houston office in August 2019 as an Administrative Coordinator. Aimee enjoys providing a pleasurable first impression and strives to give exemplary customer service to each and every client that walks through the doors. In addition to providing assistance to several departments, Aimee performs various tasks such as auditing and maintaining advisor profiles, social media sharing, auditing and maintaining master broker list, and maintaining Adobe Stock Images.
