Professional Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator for Colliers International’s office in Greenville, SC, I create and execute new marketing strategies and tactics to help accelerate the success of each client. I also support the preparation of property marketing materials, proposals, demographic reports, marketing and research support.

My strengths are in time management and solid communication, and I am able to adapt smoothly to new situations. As a marketing coordinator, communicating between brokers and our marketing team on finding a balance between different ideas is important and helps us all to be successful.

Accomplishments

Professional Accomplishments
During my time in Columbia, I was a part of the team implementing an email marketing strategy called “Email Marketing That Works”, to better enhance the relevance of our prospective client email lists. The strategy gained national attention by winning “Best Market Intelligence Initiative in the US” from Colliers | U.S. It was exciting to see the national recognition of the people who were training me and sharing a small part of carrying out their marketing ideas.

In 2017, I was inducted into the Hall of Leaders at the University of South Carolina.

Community Involvement
I am a member of the Episcopal Church and plan to become involved with the University of South Carolina Alumni Association in Greenville. As a student, I was the president of the Student Alumni Association for USC and want to continue being connected to other alums in the Greenville area.

 

Education:

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing and Management and a minor in Retail Services.

I initially joined Colliers International as a Marketing Intern in 2016 in the Columbia office, where I assisted in creating marketing materials, planning company events and assisting the Director of Marketing. My internship experience with Colliers laid a solid foundation for my current role as Marketing Coordinator in helping me understand each level of the marketing process.
