Richard Lebert has been involved in commercial real estate since 1988. 

 

Since 1992, he has focused exclusively on investment sales, advising prospective purchasers and sellers on property analysis, due diligence support, market analysis, valuation and marketing of investment properties, land and user properties.  His client list includes not only active local investors such as Diversified Equity and Coseo Properties, but also local developers such as McMillin Companies and Pacific Development, as well as institutional, and/or out of state clients, such as Blackrock Realty, Emerald Properties, LOJA Real Estate and Donahue Schriber.
