We engaged Richard M. Warshauer of Colliers International for the relocation of our New York City headquarters.  Changing economic conditions and extensive travel commitments of our principal executives were among the main challenges we needed to overcome to secure the new cost-efficient premises that met our new workplace strategy. Mr. Warshauer and Colliers acted as our outsource real estate function in the downtown Manhattan area, involved in every conceivable aspect of obtaining our new facility., The result was an extremely well-priced sublease, fully built out, in a modern Class A property with a flexible term.  Mr. Warshauer’ s patience and perseverance on our behalf has been invaluable in helping us assemble a consensus of our stakeholders and all needed Board approvals,  time-consuming and difficult tasks.
