Robert Hantgan joined Colliers International in 2010 as a Senior Vice President. He is part of the Colliers National Retail Steering Committee as the Western Territory Chair. His area of expertise is primarily tenant and landlord representation.
With over 25 years of experience, Robert has developed and executed the market expansion plans for several national and regional retail and restaurant chains. He also has ownership interest in retail projects totaling over 400,000 square feet. His practice includes the identification and analysis of sites, the creation of company specific market strategies, lease negotiations, permit procurement and site development.
In addition, Robert has served as the exclusive real estate representative for the publicly traded Cosi restaurant chain, Chop’t, Kidville and Hooters, and in such capacity, assisted in the roll out of approximately 200+ locations in 20 states.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Robert was Vice President for Esquire Properties in New York City where he specialized in retail expansion, tenant representation and retail development.

Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
Project Coordinator | Houston
Brittany Cappoferri joined Colliers International in August 2018. As a Project Coordinator, Brittany provides a high level of brokerage support to the Retail Team. Brittany is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials, listing agreements, proposal creation, tour books, online database maintenance and tracking deals, along with a host of activities related to various landlord and tenant representation assignments.
Brittany began her career with Colliers as Administrative Coordinator before moving into a Project Coordinator position just five (5) months after.

Bringing 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets. Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their commercial real estate requirements or investments, including the following types of financial analysis:
