AREA OF EXPERTISE
Mr. Koslow is a Senior Managing Director with over 35 years experience in virtually every facet of commercial real estate, ranging from construction and management to office leasing and investment sales.

 

Most recently, Mr. Koslow completed a 36,000 square foot transaction on behalf of Berstein Litowitz Berger and Grossman and a 26,000 square foot transaction on behalf of Speech Cycle Inc.

 

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to Colliers, Mr. Koslow participated in over four hundred leasing transactions ranging from 250 square feet to 65,000 square feet. In addition, Mr. Koslow has sold 10 office buildings ranging in size from 50,000 square feet to 500,000 and sold 10 office co-ops and condominiums.Mr. Koslow has created equity in the purchase of eight commercial buildings, has participated in the management of 12 buildings and has acted as project manager in six construction projects.

 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Koslow is in involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the plight of the homeless, where he volunteers his time. Formerly an avid sportsman, he now enjoys weekends doing work around his weekend home and entertaining friends.
