Robin has over 30 years of extensive commercial real estate experience representing landlords and tenants covering retail, office and warehouse transactions. Prior to joining Colliers International, she spent 10 years specializing in retail properties in the Tri-Valley region and over 15 years in Honolulu, Hawaii, and the Pacific Rim, where she focused on urban high-rise office and retail leasing, development, redevelopment, investment, 1031 exchanges, warehousing, ground leases and corporate expansion covering millions of square feet.

 

Robin’s personal experience includes exclusive leasing and sale representation for numerous landlords and tenants.  She has completed commercial acquisitions in excess of $100 million in investment, retail, warehouse, land, ground leases and income properties in several states as a principal and buyers’ representative.  Her experience also includes development and entitlements, construction, permitting, zoning and environmental issues.

Personal Information

 

Robin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences and Planning and her Post Graduate degree in Solar/Energy Engineering at Sonoma State University.  As an Energy Engineer in Hawaii, she designed several solar, waste heat recovery and photovoltaic systems, as we as established, all solar BTU sizing guidelines throughout the State of Hawaii.  Relocating from Northern California to Hawaii upon graduating, she spent several years designing alternative energy systems and performing economic analysis until engaging full-time in commercial real estate and becoming a Member of ICSC.  Robin currently resides in San Ramon.
