Romy Zeid is a Executive Vice President with Colliers International and co-leads Colliers' Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team in Silicon Valley. Founded in San Francisco in 2007, OSBA now comprises of over 30 invididuals including tenant/occupier broker-specialists, financial analysts and support staff working as one collaborative, accountable team to address Corporate real estate issues. OSBA operates at strategic and tactical levels with Silicon Valley start-up techology companies to post-IPO publicly traded corporations' leadership to enable well-informed, profit driven, real estate decisions. Romy is a Silicon Valley native, growing up in San Jose and attending Valley Christian High School in San Jose. He then received his B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.
