About

Professional Summary

I am Vice President of Administration and serve as the Chief Technology Manager for Colliers International | South Carolina. I am responsible for refining the methodology of the collection and evaluation of office, retail, industrial and medical market information across South Carolina. I bring a unique perspective to my role because I have been to most areas of South Carolina and understand the markets of the state to an extent that not many people can say that they do.

I am also responsible for planning and executing specialized research projects for Colliers’ corporate solutions clients as well as participating in client presentations. As a consultant, I bring many years of market experience to my client’s and the Company and strive to always provide unbiased information. I managed the firm’s platform to the Colliers’ staff and clients, including information technology, integrated systems, databases, internal project management and quality control. I look at things from a macro-level and enjoy watching our economically diverse state grow and develop over time as a whole.

Accomplishments

In 2004, I was selected as one of “20 under 40” by The State newspaper. I am also a recipient of the 2014 Presidents Award from Colliers | South Carolina.

I am the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority (CMRTA) and a member of the Environmental Policy Advisory Committee Central Midlands Council of Governments. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Midlands Education and Business Alliance (MEBA), having previously served as a former Chair for the organization.

In the past, I have been a member of the City of Columbia Planning Commission, the Executive Committee of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and am a past Chair of the Partner in Education Committee.

The Boy Scouts of America is an organization that I am passionate about. As an Eagle Scout myself, I enjoy watching as my sons gain valuable life and leadership experience in the scouting program.
