About

Professional Summary

As a Vice President of Project Management for Colliers International, I have responsibility for all architectural and construction project management services in the Greater Phoenix region. I provide comprehensive project management across a variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, hotel and residential. Projects encompass new construction, redevelopment, renovations, retrofits and leasehold improvements..

Serving as a single point of accountability and leadership on each project, I seamlessly integrate my services with my clients’ in-house experts and resources. Taking clients’ present and future needs into account, I present multiple options to serve their financial interests.

During the planning, design, construction and occupancy stages of each project, I provide strategic guidance and hands-on management. Through proactive risk management, I anticipate problems before they become obstacles. Managing projects to optimize capital funds and to control time, cost and quality, I ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. My priorities are to get it done right, on time and on budget.

Services include site and facility planning, design expertise, drawing/specification review, budgeting, cost control, bid review, contract negotiation and administration, scheduling, vendor coordination, permitting, and performance monitoring.

I bring over 30 years of experience as a design, development and construction professional. Prior to joining Colliers, I was Assistant Vice President of Design and Planning for Macerich (formerly Westcor), for 13 years. In that role, I provided comprehensive architectural, design, master planning, and project management for a range of new, redevelopment and renovation projects from initial feasibility and concept through construction completion. I had direct oversight and leadership of the Phoenis design staff for over 50 of the 180 active development projects.

Previously, I served as Manager of Construction & Site Planning for The May Department Stores Co., for 18 years.
