Ron’s primary focus encompasses retail shopping centers, strip centers, and single-tenant (NNN) investment-grade retail investments throughout the US. Ron has successfully managed hundreds of transactions through closing, including marketing, contract negotiations and escrow management.

Previously to joining Colliers International, Ron was a member of the National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap Investment Services. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Ron was the founder and president of a computer network design and implmentation company, which led to a multi-storefront business in the Chicago area. His previous eight-year role as a paralegal /public relations representative for a renowned Chicago law firm, enabled Ron to develop the skill of cultivating relationships and negotiating pre-litigation settlements. This skill is also one of the qualities that have helped Ron achieve great success for his real estate clients. Ron is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago and an avid Suba-diver.

Jackson Wells, originally from Boston, Massachusetts, earned his real estate license when he was 18 years old. He focused on commercial investment research and sales during the summers while attending The University of Tampa. After earning his Bachelors of Science in finance, he set his sights on retail investment sales, due to his commitment to become a specialized expert in triple-net and multi-tenant investments. Jackson is extremely passionate about getting his clients the highest price for their asset. He's a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Senior Client Services Specialist
Chris’ focus is within the Tampa Bay retail sector of the commercial real estate market. He prides himself on providing highly detailed and relevant marketing materials to aid his team in providing the highest and best services possible.
By staying up to date on relevant market data and measuring marketing programs, Chris is able to further enhance client’s specific goals. The analysis of this research is used to develop contact lists, determine sales conditions and provide logistical comparative information in a particular market.
With these materials and information, Chris collaborates with his Retail Investment Team to put together pro-active marketing strategies for each specific project. His ability to produce effective marketing materials is backed through his experience with graphic design, market research, direct mail campaigns and staying on top of new technology.

Nathan Lynch worked with CBRE for 10 years prior to joining Colliers International. Nathan was a graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, OR with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in mathematics.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Nathan specialized in debt and equity finance with CBRE. Nathan has been directly involved in the placement of over $2 billion in commercial real estate debt and has originated over $500 million in commercial debt in Europe and the U.S. Nathan also managed a servicing portfolio of 200 loans totaling over $1.2 billion.

Doug Aronson joined Colliers International’s Net Lease Division as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader for South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach). As a veteran real estate broker and developer, he focuses his practice on the sale and purchase of triple net leased properties across the United States.
Doug has a proven track record of success, having sold or leased nearly $500 million worth of investment properties over the course of a 13 year commercial real estate career. He is a consistent top producer, CoStar Power Broker award winner and is often quoted in trade periodicals for his expertise.
Doug joined Colliers from Calkain Companies’ South Florida office where he served as Managing Director, specializing in the sale of single and multi-tenant retail, office and industrial net lease properties on behalf of private owners and developers, institutional investors, 1031 exchange buyers and family offices. Prior to that, he owned and operated DASH Development, LLC, a company focused on developing large scale Asian restaurant concepts from Florida to Washington, D.C. Doug started his commercial real estate career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty in Norfolk, Virginia where he was a Vice President, brokering office and retail leases as well as selling multi-family properties and shopping centers.

Danny joined Colliers in early 2018 as Managing Director/Market Leader for the Central Florida markets, which encompass the major metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples.
As the Managing Director and Market Leader, Danny manages the company’s Central Florida operations and business strategy. With a team of over 80+ brokers and client service brokerage coordinators as well as GIS, Research, Digital Marketing and Core Marketing personnel. The team focuses on the leasing and sales of all property types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Land, and Debt/Equity Mortgage Banking throughout the Central Florida market and specialty practice areas such as Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Hotels/Hospitality, which are practiced nationally
With over 13 years of experience, Danny brings to Colliers a depth of knowledge with commercial real estate brokerage & technology, having started, worked for and/or coordinated with various tech companies across the country that are helping to accelerate the success of brokers and their clients. As President of Colliers International's Southeast Region | US Brokerage, Ryan is responsible for an area consisting of 20 offices. He is directly responsible for a team of 350+ brokers, 100+ client services assistants, as well as a large support team consisting of GIS/Research and Market Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Core Marketing personnel. Ryan holds a dual role as the Market Leader for the South Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach) operation. The brokerage teams Ryan is responsible for comprise leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sale specialists in the areas of office, medical, retail, industrial, land, investment sales, mortgage banking, and specialty disciplines, such as multifamily, student housing, hotels, marinas/golf, manufactured housing, tax credit housing, education, and seniors housing.
Ryan is a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. He works closely with the leadership counterparts in property management and valuation on new business development and client retention initiatives. Ryan joined the company in 2010.

Lee’s development and investment activities have been conducted under various partnerships and corporations. Development projects have ranged from a 2,300 acre Development of Regional Impact (DRI) in New Tampa to five star mobile home parks, office buildings, shopping centers, self-storage facilities, freestanding retail developments, multifamily projects, and industrial /office parks.
