Ryan specializes in a full range of real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, land acquisition and disposition, and property redevelopment. 

Ryan began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with Regency Centers, a national owner and operator of community shopping centers, where he lead negotiations relative to lease agreements and contract renewals. In 2003, Ryan joined DDR (now SITE Centers) where he focused on the sale of development tracts, outparcel ground leases, and purchase agreements. Immediately prior to joining Colliers International, Ryan was an associate with Kowit and Passov Real Estate Group.
