As Chief Financial Officer and Managing Broker, I manage the financials and day-to-day operations of the firm – including oversight of the office systems, accounting, human resources, and IT functions. I was instrumental in the development, integration and launch of the firm’s industry-tailored CRM and project management platform; proprietary market research databases; and continue to manage ongoing training and enhancements of these vital corporate tools. I am also a key conduit between the brokerage, property management and project management initiatives, bridging existing business processes, platforms and best practices developed within our organization and industry.
Previously, I served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations. Prior to joining Colliers, I was Project Manager for Central Parking Corporation where I managed a portfolio of parking facilities comprised of parking garages, independent lots, restaurants and special events valet services. As Project Manager, I managed revenue and expense accounting functions in addition to oversight of vendor relations in regards to the operational and maintenance details of the facilities or off-site events.
I am an active member of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where I have served as Co-Chair of the BOMA Emerging Leaders group, an initiative to increase the organization’s membership of its younger, emerging industry leaders.
