As Property Assistant, Samantha works closely with the REMS Property Management team. With extensive knowledge in event planning, retail, and operations management, Samantha successfully facilitates the day-to-day operations for the department, including acting as "Director of First Impressions", managing accounts payable and receivable while working closely with the accouting department, and keeping an open communication with all tenants, vendors and owners.
Samantha joins the Colliers Team after working as Concierge and Events Manager for Harbor Group Management Company at 200 Public Square in downtown Cleveland.
