I am a skilled marketer and strategist, with over ten years of commercial real estate experience. My education and experience, in both marketing and commercial real estate, offer a unique skill set that delivers forward-thinking marketing and business strategies.
As Marketing Manager for Colliers International's San Diego Region, I partner with brokers to assist with new business pursuits, brand creation, content delivery, client relationships, and developing new marketing strategies. I also oversee the San Diego Region Marketing Department, which offers an extensive list of in-house services that include graphic design, branding, web design, and video production. Our team works closely with brokers and clients, asking insightful questions and requesting feedback to assure the team delivers avant-garde marketing and branding materials to Colliers' internal and external clients, guaranteeing to accelerate their success. Additionally, I work closely with the San Diego leadership team and assist with the recruitment of new talent and the development of new processes.
As Regional Marketing Ambassador for the Southwest Region for the Colliers Centers of Excellence (CCOE), I collaborated with regional and national leaders to assist in applying new tools and resources in our region. Together, with the Regional Research Ambassador, we led a team of subject matter experts that adopted initiatives and generated tools to be implemented throughout the United States.
The knowledge I have gained throughout my tenure in commercial real estate is multifaceted. In addition to a strong marketing foundation, my experience also includes facilitating sales transactions for high profile assets, handling the operations and leasing activity of a sizable Class A office portfolio, conducting lease analyses, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.

Graphic Design Manager
I work in collaborative partnership with the creative in-house marketing team for the San Diego region. As a graphic designer, I am responsible for creating visually impactful design solutions for high-level marketing pieces, whether it be a website, brochure, poster or advertisement. My favorite projects have been partnering with our sales teams to come up with creative concepts for competitive pitches and presentations across the retail, industrial and residential property sectors to name a few.
While new to the commercial real estate industry, my experience in fashion and interior design has made me a jack of all trades- with well-rounded experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, and advertising. Having lived in New York City for 13 years, I am inspired by a variety of outside influences from the creative worlds of fashion, art, music and technology.
Colleagues know me as the person most likely to come through in the clutch. Though let’s keep that under wraps, I also like to leave the office at a decent hour in order to make a yoga class or an impromptu happy hour.
Senior Graphic Designer, Southwest Region
Christina Murray works out of the San Diego Region as a Graphic Designer who specializes in print\digital design, web design and video post-production. She began her career in commercial real estate back in 2011, working on a varying range of marketing needs for brokerage professionals in support of their business development goals in a collaborative environment with other members of the in-house marketing team. Christina works to implement high level design work made to impress and generate business. She is dedicated to the growth of Colliers and learning the newest trends and techniques that will elevate the level of marketing materials being delivered. She obtained her CPMC in September of 2017, working to build and develop her strategic and tactical expertise in marketing.
Prior to joining Colliers, Christina has worked in CRE with Cassidy Turley, where she served as the Sergeant at Arms for the local Toastmaster chapter ran in the Cassidy Turley office. During her time as a graphic designer, she went back to school and obtained a certificate in web design to supplement her graphic design degree, which led her to Colliers.

In my role as Director of Business Development & Strategic Resources | Southwest Region, I serve as business partner and advisor to the regional president, division leadership and local markets for all offices in Arizona, Nevada, Greater Los Angeles, San Diego and Utah.
In partnership with national marketing and research, the regional president, market leaders and key stakeholders, I am tasked with developing a highly effective salesforce to achieve organic growth and gain market share.
Collaborating with regional and local leadership teams and brokers, I am focused on developing and implementing marketing and research strategies to position the region as a leader in the commercial real estate industry through innovative and measurable tactics. My goal is to elevate our marketing and research teams to operate as strategic partners to our brokers.
Working closely with key support functions, I assist in managing the business development process, the identification and qualification of opportunities, and the assignment of new opportunities to local or regional pursuit resources and/or the national Business Development Center. I am accountable for developing the structure and resources required to execute business development plans for the region.
Previously, I served as marketing director for Colliers International in Arizona and regional marketing ambassador for Colliers’ Southwest Region, where I fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration that informs, connects and advances the interests of our clients and professionals through business development, property marketing, public relations and digital engagement.
As marketing director for Arizona, I led an innovative marketing team strongly focused on business development. My young and innovative approach resulted in new strategies for commercial real estate marketing, focused on the growing influence of social media and the changing landscape of the new economy. As a vital client-facing professional, I have been actively involved with brokerage professionals in pitching new business. Throughout the creative process, I worked hand-in-hand with brokers and staff to develop highly effective marketing concepts and strategies.
As regional marketing ambassador for the Southwest Region, I partnered with regional and national marketing leaders to cascade regional initiatives and objectives to local marketing directors, managers and Colliers Centers of Excellence leaders. I guided a network of marketing experts to develop actionable marketing initiatives, champion the adoption of new technology, and identify and implement best-in-class marketing processes and practices. Working with local marketing managers and directors, I found avenues to strategically partner with business line leaders to target and win new business.
My work with Colliers has allowed me to combine my passion for growing the company’s business through marketing with my commitment to values and ethics. I joined Colliers in 2015, with enthusiasm for the company’s unique value-based culture and am dedicated to moving that mission forward.

My tenure in the commercial real estate industry began in 2007, when I served as a graphic designer at Grubb & Ellis. I left the commercial real estate industry for a few years to hone my skills at Campbell Fisher Design (now known as Fisher). I returned to commercial real estate in 2013, joining Cushman & Wakefield as manager of its marketing department for Arizona.
Since 1996, I have consistently achieved success in assisting both internal and external commercial real estate (CRE) clients by providing them with timely and accurate market statistics, trend analysis and relevant reporting.
My goal is to continuously work toward efficient and better ways to accelerate the success of clients.
My specialties include commercial real estate (CRE) market research, statistics, data and analysis; database administration; geographic information systems (GIS); marketing and reporting.
I joined Colliers International in 2000 as a research analyst, and quickly advanced to a senior analyst. In this capacity I help in the production of quarterly statistical reports, I also manage our proprietary lease comp database, which contains historical data on over 33,000 commercial leases in San Diego county. I also provide timely, reliable data including available space surveys, market trend analysis, demographic reporting, traffic counts and sales lead data.
Andy is the Regional Managing Director for San Diego County. He oversees all brokerage operations for the three Colliers offices in San Diego County. Andy has over 33 years of brokerage production experience providing client solutions on complex, high-value corporate offices lease, purchase, and build-to-suit transactions. Andy is focused on expanding Colliers’ unique culture and delivering best-in-class client resources to each and every client relationship.
Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1984 in market research with then Coldwell Banker (now CBRE) in Downtown San Diego. Andy spent 12 years at CB as an office broker. Andy was also a Senior Vice President at Irving Hughes and in 2004 became a partner at BRE Commercial which subsequently became Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and now Cushman & Wakefield. Andy has received numerous Top Producer awards throughout his career.
Anna graduated from California State University San Marcos, majoring in Human Development with an emphasis in Psychology. Prior to working at Colliers, she worked for a Consulting Company for over 7 years as a Senior Accounts Operations Manager, managing accounts throughout California like Charlotte Russe, Tri City Medical Center, and Kraft. She started working for Colliers International in December 2014 as the Office Manager of the Carlsbad office. In March 2015, she became the Operations Manager San Diego Region. Anna is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing current processes and procedures, and ensuring that the region is running efficiently in all support services.
