Sean has twenty-three years experience as a licensed broker in the Los Angeles South Bay area, specializing in Industrial and Commercial properties.

He has specialized in industrial and commercial properties in the LAX/Airport and South Bay areas of Los Angeles County since 1989. He joined Grubb & Ellis South Bay Office in 2002 after 13 years at Colliers-International (formerly The Seeley Company). Now has rejoined Colliers International in 2012.
