Sean Old serves as an investment advisor with Colliers International and is currently operating from the South Florida market. He focuses on the disposition, management, and acquisition of Manufactured Housing Community, RV Resort, and Land asset portfolios. Mr. Old joined the company after a career of more than five years at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank.
Over the course of nearly a decade in commercial real estate, Mr. Old has assisted with the sale of ±1 million square feet of commercial office, ±2 million square feet of office and industrial leasing, ±$200 million in Manufactured Home and Recreational Vehicle community transactions and ±2,300 acres of land. He has worked with the largest Fortune 500 companies, institutional owners, investment firms, industry REITs, family offices, and owner operators in the Midwestern, Eastern, Southeastern, and Canadian markets. Mr. Old’s current portfolio totals over 2,586 acres of land and ±797 Mobile Home & RV sites for development.

As President of Colliers International's Southeast Region | US Brokerage, Ryan is responsible for an area consisting of 20 offices. He is directly responsible for a team of 350+ brokers, 100+ client services assistants, as well as a large support team consisting of GIS/Research and Market Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Core Marketing personnel. Ryan holds a dual role as the Market Leader for the South Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach) operation. The brokerage teams Ryan is responsible for comprise leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sale specialists in the areas of office, medical, retail, industrial, land, investment sales, mortgage banking, and specialty disciplines, such as multifamily, student housing, hotels, marinas/golf, manufactured housing, tax credit housing, education, and seniors housing.
Ryan is a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. He works closely with the leadership counterparts in property management and valuation on new business development and client retention initiatives. Ryan joined the company in 2010.
Senior Director - Land Services
As a Senior Director of Land Services of Colliers International South Florida, I leverage my extensive experience and knowledge in land acquisitions and dispositions to our Land Advisory practice throughout Florida.
Throughout my career I have been involved with more than 4 million square feet of commercial properties and over 10,000 residential units. This includes, but is not limited to, land acquisition, development, construction, leasing, management and sales transactions.
With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate business, I have had the pleasure of completing transactions within nearly every Florida market.
Most recently as a Vice President at CBRE, I was a member of the Land Services Group (LSG), where I specialized in the disposition of excess land for clients, including large tracts of commercial, agricultural and transitional land within the State of Florida. Preceding my employment with the Falcone Group, as Vice President of Commercial Development, I was a vice president with WCI Communities for nearly five years. In this capacity, I was responsible for negotiating all aspects of land sale acquisitions and dispositions throughout Florida. During this time period I negotiated approximately $500 million in land transactions much of the land consisting of the former McArthur Foundation Land Holdings totaling 14,000 acres in North Palm Beach County. I have also been involved with several CDD (Community Development District) and served on the Board of the Old Palm CDD.

As an experienced professional in the field of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate since 1982, I serve as a Commercial Market Specialist in the South East Florida Metropolitan market, delivering an elevated level of expertise. I have successfully performed site selections, corporate consulting, lease analysis, sales and leasing, nationwide. I also provide national market consulting to various Wall Street Investment Firms.
Prior to my role in Colliers, I founded Michael Falk & Co., LLC in 1998 and it grew to become a full-service commercial brokerage firm focused on the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and investment properties. Our team represented a variety of clients including Wall Street investment firms and Fortune 500 companies. We also worked with some of the region’s largest industrial owners, including West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Co and Precise Properties.
Before establishing Michael Falk & Co., LLC in South Florida in 1998, I worked as Vice President for Charles Klatskin Company Inc., a New Jersey based Broker & Developer, from January 1983 to September 1998, where I worked with many Fortune 500 Companies.
I am both a CCIM and dual designated Office and Industrial real estate specialist for The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Ken Krasnow serves as Vice Chairman of Institutional Investor Services for the Florida region. In this role, he is responsible for broadening the company’s platform by developing key client relationships, leading major projects and transactions, maintaining senior real estate industry and political relationships and recruiting new talent. Ken brings more than 30 years of acclaimed expertise in the commercial real estate industry, offering an exceptional level of on-the-ground market knowledge.
Since joining Colliers as Market Leader in 2015, Ken has overseen the tremendous growth of the business from less than two dozen professionals to more than 150 as of year end 2018 during which time the firm acquired high profile companies such as CREC, Pointe Group and MF&Co. During that same period, revenues more than quadrupled while maintaining solid margins of profitability.
Krasnow launched his career as a commercial leasing broker and was responsible for more than three million square feet of Class A office building agencies in New York City. As the markets in Florida continue to rapidly evolve, I am proud to have a responsive approach to management, curating talent and specialties to help us always provide best-in-class service for our clients and community.

As Client Services Lead in our South Florida region, I collaborate with support staff and brokers in all aspects of marketing to assist in any way I can to help them achieve their goals. Working in all service lines of real estate for lease or sale throughout our region, I am involved in every step of the process beginning with the creation of proposals to win new business, to the coordination and execution of the marketing campaign for new listings, ending with the final processing of closing documents. My responsibilities include the creation of quality marketing materials such as custom maps, flyers, offering memorandums and custom websites. I also track all marketing activity to provide clear and concise client update reports to ensure the client is fully informed and aware of our efforts.
I am always excited when working with new industry tools to take our listings to market and have been a huge advocate for innovative tools to accelerate the success of not just our local team but that of our entire region, showing our clients and competitors the Colliers Difference.
I have been in the commercial real estate industry since 2008 specializing in office and retail properties. My previous experience in property management allows me a unique understanding of commercial real estate properties and only enhances my knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.
With more than nine years of experience providing strategic marketing solutions in the commercial real estate sector, I consider myself an accomplished Marketing Manager. I am responsible for leading marketing for the South Florida region and supporting brokers and clients in four key marketing areas that include pitches & presentations, property marketing, positioning, and providing creative marketing resource solutions. I work with the market leader and industry-leading brokers with various product types in developing impactful strategies to better position our clients’ listings.
I have a knack for design and enjoy creating compelling marketing packages that push boundaries and stand out from the competition. Some of my other responsibilities include lead generation, digital and print advertising, recruitment, merchandising, training and events.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at FedEx Office, where I was the Store Manager responsible for the center’s daily operations, staff and revenue.
Peter Johnston brings more than ten years of marketing expertise in the real estate sector to his role as Marketing Specialist for the South Florida offices of Colliers International. He specializes in creating and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and increase market share. As a member of the Creative Marketing Services team, he provides a high level of marketing support to a three-person Retail Services team. This encompasses custom-designed proposal books, offering memorandums, brochures, placemats, specialty folders and inserts, property flyers, email blasts, maps, aerials, floor and site plans.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Johnston served as Brokerage Coordinator to a top-producing team of nine commercial real estate brokers and analysts between the Boca Raton and Miami offices of Cushman & Wakefield. While there, he spearheaded the creation and maintenance of the team’s marketing resources, including team website, CRM, social media and email marketing. He also analyzed markets trends and competitive landscape to create data-driven campaigns and increase conversion, engagement and retention rates.
He brings additional industry-related experience from roles as Marketing Manager with CBRE and Douglas Elliman in South Florida.
Mr. Johnston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Florida State University.
