Sean Old is an investment advisor, and member of The Colliers Manufactured Housing Group. Sean specializes in land development transactions, handling all aspects of the buyer and seller representation process. Among his key areas of focus are development projects for Single Family and Multifamily Residential, Office, Industrial, Retail, Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Parks and Campgrounds, raw land assemblages, and Master-Planned Subdivisions.
