Shane Minnis specializes in providing leasing, selling and consulting services to tenants, private and institutional real estate investors in the Silicon Valley.

Shane has been involved in the completion of over 251 lease and sale transactions, with total square footage over 9.6 Million square feet and total consideration in excess of $2.1 Billion dollars.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2009, Shane received his California Real Estate Salesperson License in 2006 and then his Broker's License in 2008.  In order to best meet the demands of a growing eco-conscious marketplace, Shane obtained LEED Acreedited Professional (LEED AP) certification in 2008.  This accreditation recognizes his thorough understanding of green building practices and requirements of the LEED Green Building Rating System.

Shane was born and raised in San Jose and currently resides in Willow Glen.  He is a Santa Clara University graduate, where he was an executive member of Pi Kappa Alpha and trained with both the boxing and rugby teams.  Although his roots are here in the Silicon Valley, he studied abroad for a semester in Barcelona, Spain.  When not in the office, Shane spends his time with his fiance, Kat, and daughter, Sophia, exploring various dining experiences, enjoying a glass of whiskey or celebrating the evening at a local country concert with friends and family.
