I am a highly-seasoned Senior Property Manager with over 25 years of experience in management and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and medical portfolios.
Currently, I oversee Shadeland Station Business Park, a 10-building office portfolio totaling 337,000 square feet.

My responsibilities include the full spectrum of facilities oversight including client and tenant relationships as well as tenant retention. I interface with contractors and vendors developing project scopes, contract negotiations and ongoing direction of projects and services. I work with accounting to develop budgets and monthly financial reporting to clients. Additionally, I work with property maintenance staff and engineering to drive preventative maintenance programs, major maintenance projects, as well as capital improvement initiatives.

My tenure, combined with strong organizational skills, allows me to effectively operate multiple facilities while providing unparalleled service to property owners and cultivating positive tenant relations.

I am fortunate to have worked in property management capacities for other national brands including Sentinel Real Estate, Lauth Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Prologis.
