Sheena Gohil is an experienced broker and provides clients in New York City and nationally with customized, data driven and analytical solutions for negotiations, portfolio planning, and overall transaction management and execution. She has worked on complex transactions as a result of unique disposition requirements, acquisitions in highly constrained markets, and other challenging initiatives. Transaction and advisory services Ms. Gohil delivered during these projects included strategic portfolio planning, headquarters analysis, corporate M&A due diligence, lease restructuring, real estate negotiations during bankruptcy / debt re-organization, broker opinions of value, market analysis, labor/wage rate analysis, and other transactional services depending on the clients’ need.

Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers International, Ms. Gohil worked for Lincoln Property Company’s Boston office, covering a large geography of office, industrial and flex product concentrating on both tenant and landlord representation.

She previously worked in the Boston office of NAI Hunneman Commercial, focused on suburban market transactions.

Ms. Gohil graduated from Boston University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance.

Memberships & Involvements:

Ms. Gohil is Vice President of CoreNet Global’s New York City Chapter, and has previously held leadership roles within the organization as Chair of the Membership Committee and Chair of the Workshop Committee.

In addition, she advises selected real estate technology startups on the industry/market, and mentors both new Colliers brokers as a member of the firm’s Board of Advisors for the New York Accelerate Program, and women professionals for the firm’s national Women’s Mentorship Program.
