Sonya Miller is a Director of Account Management for Corporate Solutions. In her role, she provides ongoing support and management of real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio on behalf of Colliers’ Corporate Solutions clients. Sonya works closely with her clients to implement their real estate plans while adhering to client-driven priorities, commitments and milestones with an understanding of the company’s overall strategic goals. She recommends and implements innovative portfolio-wide strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties while generating and accounting for real saving results achieved on behalf of the client.
​Sonya works closely with all Colliers’ Corporate Solutions service lines including Lease Administration, Project Management, Strategy and Innovation, and Facilities Management to ensure seamless integration and accountability. Together they standardize and customize playbooks while leveraging the Colliers 360 platform, as well as other tools that are developed and deployed by Colliers Corporate Solutions.
