Sonya Verny is based in Colliers International’s Midtown New York office.
Sonya brings over 15 years of experience in business development and account management for Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 100 firms. Prior to joining Colliers, Sonya served as the VP of Business Development for Serraview, a Workplace Strategy software firm, where she delivered workplace management and optimization solutions throughout the Americas. Prior to Serraview, Sonya served as Manager in the Corporate Real Estate Advisory group at BDO, fifth largest Accounting firm, where she helped clients identify and negotiate numerous cost saving opportunities globally.
Sonya is very active in CoreNet and IFMA. She is on the board of CoreNet New Jersey and acts as co-chair of the Communications committee. She is also the PR Liaison for multiple committees for CoreNet NYC including Special Events, Membership and Newsletter. She is also on the host committee of the CoreNet Eastern Regional Symposium. Sonya serves as the Secretary of the Executive Board of IFMA NYC, and her interviews with Real Estate and Facilities Management professionals are regularly published in the IFMA NYC newsletter.
In her free time, Sonya's passion is raising money for St Jude Children's Research Hospital with the Kids for Kids committee. She is a co-chair for the Kids for Kids Committee. Since its inception, the Kids for Kids foundation has raised over $10 million for kids and families battling catastrophic diseases.

Scott Nelson is President, Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions | Americas at Colliers International and is responsible for strategy and leadership of these business units. Occupier Services makes up the entire platform of tools and talent (including Corporate Solutions) that supports our Occupier client relationships, and our Colliers brokerage and other professionals that manage these relationships. Corporate Solutions houses the service lines that are typically offered to multi-market and/or multi-service Occupier Clients. These service lines include Strategy and Innovation (consulting and technology services and lease administration), Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management. Scott also works actively with some clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized real estate solution to meet their objectives and then deploy a team for the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis. Occupier Services has organized globally with Scott playing a key leadership role, to provide seamless account management that integrates Colliers services and technology for the client.
Michelle Needles

Michelle joined Colliers in 2014 and has served as a leader within the Corporate Solutions team specializing in Solutions Development. Leveraging over 20 years of experience advising clients in all aspects of their real estate holdings, Michelle is accomplished in the delivery of complex solutions and has negotiated on behalf of her clients in over 50 countries.
In her role at Colliers, Michelle’s responsibilities include:
- Driving new Occupier client engagements in collaboration with our local markets and Colliers professionals. Based in the West region, her pursuit focus will range from multi-market account services to large full-service outsourcing contracts.
- Coordinating the delivery of service line resources as needed to support these client engagements.
- Transition of key account relationships, with a subject matter expertise in the Transaction Management service delivery.
- Training Colliers professionals on Multi-Market engagements, leading the M3 Program initiative.
Chris Zlocki
Executive Vice President, CS Strategy and Innovation

I am responsible for leading innovation that will generate increased value to our clients and internal service lines. In this role, I am focused on developing new service offerings for us to leverage with our clients and find ways to improve service delivery across all areas of Corporate Solutions. This includes the evaluation of strategic alliances with other 3rd party providers that add to our offering as well as continuing to provide leadership over consulting services in support of our growing advisory practice.

As Executive Managing Director of Workplace Innovation, Corporate Solutions | Americas, Keith leads Colliers’ expertise in this rapidly evolving field, helping our clients use the workplace as a competitive advantage to advance their business objectives through innovative and insightful workplace solutions.
Additionally, Keith brings more than 30 years of experience to Colliers International, including his previous role as Senior Director, Global Workplace Innovation at Johnson & Johnson. There he was responsible for program design and deployment of a set of new workplace principles for J&J’s global office portfolio of 60 million square feet and more than 900 locations.
