Steve is a Senior Vice President with Colliers International’s Sacramento office. As a thirty-nine year industrial real estate broker, Steve has been involved in over one billion dollars’ worth of real estate transactions.

Steve specializes in leasing and sales of industrial product in the Sacramento market with emphasis on Landlord and Tenant representation, acquisitions, disposition and market analysis. Steve’s market knowledge, experience, and devotion to long term relationships have resulted in his clients’ trust in him to address their real estate needs whether that be on a transactional and/or advisory basis.

Steve was with Colliers International Sacramento from  1999 through 2006.  He joined us again in 2011.

  

Accomplishments

A particularly notable project Steve led was the site selection, assemblage, negotiation, and entitlement the 435 acre site that is now Arco Arena, the previous home to the Sacramento Kings NBA team.  Steve was a general partner of the ownership group that developed the arena and brought the Kings to Northern California.

 

More recently, Steve was instrumental in the joint venture and repositioning of 100 acres of non-performing, rural, industrial-zoned land in South Sutter County.  Ultimately, Steve  saw the property through its entitlement process  allowing for the development of 1.1 million SF of manufacturing and industrial distribution facilities.
