Professional Summary

My approach to business (and life) is fairly simple: If you want to determine the “how,”  you must have a passion for uncovering the “why.”  As Vice President of US Marketing, I am responsible for guiding the US Senior Executive Leadership team on regional marketing strategy in support of the Company's global and regional strategic growth.  With over 25 years of experience , I  apply  a wide-lens perspective and integrated approach to marketing, drawing from my leadership roles in research;  marketing and communications; business development; sales management and application of new technologies that grow revenue. 

I recently spent the past four years as  Director of CBRE Investor Services Pursuits where  I  built and led a North American business development team, trained local marketing and sales professionals, delivered technology solutions, increased brand awareness and partnered with leadership and sales professionals to develop clear, strategic messaging and approach that elevated win rates by solving for the "why" and the "how."

Other experience includes: Director of Business Development for Ten-X, a CRE tech firm and Director positions for Colliers International in the National Business Development Center and Greater Los Angeles' Regional  Marketing/Research as well as Operations.

Accomplishments

Throughout my career in the industry, I am proud to have:

  • Developed and led two national teams of talented business development writers and designers to deliver winning pitch strategies, presentations and technology for select, high profile pursuits throughout the U.S. and Canada—continuously identifying critical requirements to provide competitive advantages.
  • Collaborated as a member of a task force that included business line leaders to identify key prospects and develop pursuit methodologies, create strategic alliances, heighten brand awareness, and grow client base through targeted value propositions and knowledge driven calls to action.
  • Provided perspective and insight on the competitive landscape, winning strategic approaches, leading technology and sales enablement, business training and mentorship as a member of the National Business Development Leadership Team .
  • Delivered clarity around true differentiators—assisting executive leadership and sales teams in developing creative positioning success such as through the development of viral campaigns—decommoditized property marketing for investors and their assets.
