In my dual role with Colliers International | Chicago, I work closely with institutional clients to achieve their goals and objectives. I serve as a senior vice president in the oversight of Colliers Chicago’s 50 million square feet of investment and institutional grade management assignments. As director of account management, I focus on strategic planning and client management coordination with Colliers Chicago’s senior leadership, new business development, and serves as a strategic asset partner. I also lead a team in the management of a 13 million-square-foot Chicago-area portfolio consisting of 10 million square feet of industrial properties and 3 million square feet of office properties in the north, west and south Chicago markets.

I have more than 20 years of property management experience.  Prior to Colliers, I led a team in the management of the Chicago portfolio for Panattoni Development Corporation overseeing the property and asset management for company owned and joint venture partners.  During this time, I transitioned more than 20 properties from new construction to property management, and subsequently, 14 properties through the disposition process. In addition, I led the team that performed 3rd party management for an institutional client who performed leasing, construction and occupancy for a 2 million-square-foot portfolio of office and industrial assets. Outside of the Chicago area, I oversaw the startup of property management in other markets establishing local teams and turning over the responsibilities to those markets. My role included responsibility for the administration of financial, property management and construction services.  

Prior to my tenure at Panattoni, I managed commercial properties for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, a public Washington, D.C.-based REIT, and a combination of commercial and industrial properties for AMLI Commercial Properties, a private Chicago-based REIT.
