Leading Colliers International | Chicago’s investment sales initiative, I specialize in the organization, structure and sale of institutional real estate investments, real estate capital market structuring, financial analysis, transaction management and new business development.
Throughout my 28-year career, I have participated in and completed single asset and portfolio investment sale assignments of office and industrial property totaling more than 26 million square feet valued at more than $3 billion in the Chicago area, Midwest region and nationally.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent 15 years at Transwestern, most recently as managing director in its Capital Markets Group. At Transwestern, my team and I were honored to receive the “President’s Award” for the company’s Midwest Region in 2007 and the company’s Capital Markets Transaction of the Year in 2013.
My career began in 1987 at Savage Realty Group. In 1992, I moved to Cushman & Wakefield, where I gained a wealth of institutional real estate transaction experience within the firm’s Investment Properties Group.
I have additional experience as a principal investor serving as an acquisitions officer for Meridian Industrial Trust.
